Job Description

Your role is to manage and deliver the successful execution of infrastructure projects from design to commissioning, to all departments.
Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that project management framework is applied and Ambatovy’s standards (Technical requirements, HSE, QA/QC,…) are followed for all projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain quality control for all projects
  • Manage priorities effectively to ensure that efforts are focused on the highest added value projects.
  • Manage team workload effectively – ensure workload is well balanced and clearly understood across the team.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and coaching, leading to the growth and development of team members
  • Manage contractors to ensure that the agreed scope of work is fully and safely delivered to the required quality on time and in budget

Profile (qualifications, skills or knowledge):

  • You have a strong background in the supervision of technical personnel including contractors, in project management including reporting, quality control, budgets and cost control, and administration ;
  • You are able to manage several small to medium projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work autonomously (limited supervision) and to take be accountable for required project outcomes;
  • Having strong oral and written communication skills and a proven record of mentoring and development of personnel are essential ;
