The government announced on November 22nd, 2018 the creation of the index of equality between women and men.
This allows companies to measure their progress in this area through several indicators.
EP2C obtains a score of 75/100 on the gender equality index for the year 2020.
This overall score is obtained from 4 indicators (pay gap, individual increases, individual increases upon return from maternity leave and number of women among the ten highest paid people within the company) and rated out of 100 points.
